Voting locations by zip code

In the wake of election day 2010, you might be asking yourself, “Where do I vote?” If you’re looking to cast your vote in this year’s midterm elections, you can start by searching for voting locations by zip code.
Google’s handy Google Maps section has installed a new feature for voters, according to Breaking Global News. To use it, just visit the Google homepage and click the link “Where to Vote.” Then enter your address. You’ll be shown an easy-to-read map with the nearest polling locations.
Voting locations by zip code aren’t limited to the computer—you can also install mobile phone applications to track your nearest voting location. The CNN Election Center application is available for the iPhone, Android, and Blackberry. The application also allows users to see the election’s progression and results as they happen.
If you’re already registered to vote, you’re all set. If you’re not, you can still vote in this year’s election. Simply head to your nearest polling location and fill out an absentee ballot on the spot and cast your vote. This year’s midterm election results will show what America has to say about President Obama’s first two years in office. If you want your voice heard too, get out there and vote!
